Outside the studio, she enjoys surfing, snowboarding, running, strength training, and camping—always embracing an active lifestyle.
Stephanie is an apprentice BASI Pilates teacher and has completed the Comprehensive Teacher Training Program on all apparatus. She focuses on improving posture, building core stability, and increasing flexibility. Her goal is to create a supportive and encouraging space where clients feel motivated, confident, and more connected to their bodies.
Injuries led her to Pilates and results made her stay. She treats Pilates as a tool for real life—better mobility, daily function, and lasting energy for every body. She gets beginner nerves, keeps things approachable, and stays sharp by training regularly herself.
Antonella emphasizes breathwork and mind-body connection in her Pilates flows. Her calming presence and focus on alignment help students build grace and grit.
Serena is a certified Pilates instructor specializing in Mat, Reformer, Chair, and Barrel training. Her goal is to help clients strengthen their core, improve posture, and enhance overall stability and control through mindful movement. Her teaching style is gentle, precise, and highly personalized.
