Sharon is a STOTT Pilates instructor with a healthcare background. She is passionate about guiding clients through safe, effective movement to help them reach their goals. She emphasizes mind-body awareness, consistency, and deep muscle strengthening for injury prevention and long-term wellness. Sharon teaches in English, Cantonese, and some Mandarin. Outside the studio, she enjoys surfing, snowboarding, running, strength training, and camping—always embracing an active lifestyle.
